Expectantly I received the package that was Rocketfish Digital Wireless Speaker. Opened it immediately and hooked it up only to find it did not pair the transmitter and receiver. Called the company and seller but the result was "dump it" and I got my refund but very disappointed with how it all went.
Sorry, I wished I could share a more musically enriching experience on this product. |

| Great speaker at a great price. Performs well indoors and outdoors. I haven't been able to set it up for stereo - may not be possible - but overall set up was very easy. I give it a thumbs up for anybody wanting improved sound quality for their computer or TV. |

| It is important to note that the batteries for this speaker, are expensive, but the product worked perfectly, in a 15 meters distance, which is in compliance with the technical offering of the product. It comes to fill a need my wife and I had, regarding having background music while we were at the deck.... without having to do to much noise to our good neighbors. The sound is NOT high end, but works for me. |

I bought this product through another online retailer (icraveit.com) at a deep discount. I was hoping to use it outside in the summertime. Since it was winter, I tested it for a couple of minutes then put it away. A few months later, I brought it out while doing a house project. It worked fine...for just a couple of minutes. Then the speaker cut out and turned off. I turned it back on and tried again. It barely got through a song then shut off. I let everything cool down and tried it the next day. Same thing.
I contacted Rocketfish and they recited the manual to me. None of that worked. They told me I'd have to go to the retailer for warranty service. The retailer admitted the product sounded defective but said my warranty service was expired -- three months into a one year warranty? -- and I should contact the manufacturer.
So, now I'm stuck with a useless warranty, a clueless retailer and an unhelpful manufacturer. |

| I think this would have worked fine for my purpose, except it kept shorting out within a minute of powering on. I returned it for a credit or replacement. I have heard nothing back since the return. So zero for functionality and not much higher for customer service. |
