It was easy enough to set up, but after 5 mins or so, I receive interference that seems to bounce back and forth between the two rear speakers. I tried switching out wires, speakers. It may be because of interference in my home, so it may work for others. I wish i could have gotten them working.
Very pleased!

I live in a 2 story home and could not run wires to the back for my 5.1 system. Looked at wireless systems and either found lots of bad reviews or too costly. Saw a couple of good reviews for the Rocket fish and decided to give it a try. Using an Onkyo HT RC260 reciever and set it up with the Audessey mic. It works wonderfully! I get no interference from our WiFi or wireless telephone. I had a little trouble with the directions but a little tinkering and it worked fine. Very happy with my purchase.
Easy and transparent

It's a simple product to allow those of us who don't want to run wires to rear speakers to enjoy 5.1 sound. The installation and setup were trivially easy. The system works just as it's supposed to with no weird hiccups, sound artifacts, buzzing, noise, etc.
Just perfect! what I needed!!

I am not a technical person but I am a sound and visual aficionado, with a very good ear and eye,
This product deserves a review, I finally got rid from all those awful cables and my worry was:
"it's this gonna reproduce the sound from the back speakers as it was?"
The answer is yes yes yes, the sound is perfect, the setup is easy, great product and Iam very happy,
if you are thinking about getting it, think no more! the sound quality is just perfect!
Stopped working in 2 weeks

after making elaborate research on web, i finally bought this item. it worked great for the first 2 weeks. after that, the receiver unit stopped blinking. I tried various troubleshooting techniques, but to no avail.

I may have been unlucky in getting a defective piece, but u never know.

i wish i had spent that money in getting a professional to do wiring for the rear speakers.
i'll never buy one of them again.
Great Product!

We just changed our entertainment center from a TV stand/cabinet setup, to a wall mounted plasma. WE placed 3 in-wall speakers in the front, and kept our existing stand mounted surround speakers in the back. During the process I decided not to mount surround speakers, but instead look for a wireless system that would eliminate the need to run wires from the receiver to the rear speakers.

The Rocketfish system works great. I have lots of experience using wireless items as part of my entertainment center. For many years I have transmitted video and audio to other rooms. I prefer to keep all my DVRs and other machines in one location, while using wireless transmitter and receivers, and IR relays to control and view them. Adding wireless speakers seem like a natural thing.

This rear speaker kit has great clear sound, and sounds no different than when I had the same speakers hard-wired. I've had no interference issues, and was very easy to set up. The only thing that would make it better is if the rear speaker receiver unit turned itself on and off when it wasn't getting any audio, but that is a minor issue. If I get tired of seeing the red light, I just turn it off if I'm not going to use it for a while.
Works great!

Just hooked up this system. Works great. No static or pops or anything, and I live in a large apartment complex. The transmitter and receiver aren't even line of sight! I haven't worked it over yet in terms of dynamic or frequency response, but for surround speakers it seems to work perfectly.
